We have lived here for almost a year and a half and we have enjoyed living in Io Piazza and the Shirlington area. A luxury apartment next to a park and walking trails which is also in walking distance to restaurants, a library and grocery store justify the rent. The management and maintenance team are friendly and professional.

Words cant adequately express how very appreciative I am to their prompt and diligent efforts in addressing a recent refrigerator water leak. They were exceedingly thorough and professional. The procedure for maintenance care is terrific, generally 24/7. I did have a dog until recently and their policies are generally good, and appropriate. It is a great place to be!
